By accessing, subscribing to, or using MobileFlow CRM (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue use immediately.
MobileFlow CRM provides cloud and offline-first dispatching, customer relationship management, route optimization, and payment booking software for mobile pet groomers. Subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis:
Subscription payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, who acts as the official Merchant of Record. Lemon Squeezy handles billing, tax collection, invoicing, and compliance. You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account portal.
By using MobileFlow CRM's automated SMS features, you certify that you have obtained proper consent from your end-customers to receive transactional booking updates and route notifications via SMS in compliance with TCPA and local telecommunications laws.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, MOBILEFLOW CRM AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF REVENUE, ACCIDENTAL ROUTE DELAYS, CLIENT NO-SHOWS, OR DATA LOSS ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OF THE SERVICE.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our terms or engage in illegal activities. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice to active subscribers.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable business laws without regard to conflict of law principles.
