Account & Profile Information: Owner name, business name, phone number, email address, and payment gateway credentials.
Client & Booking Data: Client contact details, service addresses, pet names, breed notes, and appointment schedules entered into your CRM.
Payment & Billing Data: Payments processed via Lemon Squeezy or Stripe. MobileFlow CRM does not store raw credit card numbers directly on our servers.
Automated SMS Data: Phone numbers utilized for sending automated booking confirmations, 5-week re-booking reminders, and customer route notifications.

2. How We Use Your Information

Your information is strictly used for operational purposes:

To operate and maintain your MobileFlow CRM dispatch and booking engine.
To process automated SMS route notifications and appointment updates on your behalf.
To process subscription payments and manage customer accounts via Lemon Squeezy.
To provide offline-first local database synchronization and secure cloud storage.

3. Data Protection & Security

We implement industry-standard technical measures including SSL/TLS encryption, PostgreSQL Row Level Security (RLS), and bcrypt cryptographic hashing to protect client and business records from unauthorized access, disclosure, or destruction.

4. Data Sharing & Third-Party Services

We do NOT sell, rent, or trade your personal or business data to third parties. Data is shared exclusively with necessary service infrastructure providers:

Lemon Squeezy: Acts as our Merchant of Record for subscription billing, tax calculation, and payment processing.
Stripe: Payment processing infrastructure for deposit authorizations.
Supabase Cloud: Encrypted PostgreSQL database hosting.

5. Your Rights & Data Ownership

You retain 100% ownership of your client and grooming business records. You have the right to request an export of your client database or request complete account deletion at any time by contacting support.
